Adam is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Life Sciences and Health Care Practice and has been with the firm for 14 years. Adam has extensive experience working with both health care provider and health plan clients to help them understand and manage the strategic, operational, technological, clinical and regulatory challenges and risks that emerge as the adoption of new care delivery and payment models continues to accelerate.

Adam helps lead Deloitte’s Population Health Innovation practice, focusing on developing and executing on strategies for clients who are navigating the intersection of payment model reform and care model transformation. He has worked with 20+ health care organizations in this space, including integrated delivery systems, national and regional health plans, academic medical centers, physician practices, private equity firms, and Federal Health agencies. Adam’s has experience in payment model design, payer contracting, health information technology and interoperability, quality and cost reporting, data analytics, care management, utilization management, patient engagement, risk adjustment, and virtual health.
