Ben Daverman

Ben Daverman is currently the Head of Strategy and Business Development at Vantive (fka Baxter Kidney Care). Prior to joining Vantive, Ben was a managing director at GTCR where he was co-head of the healthcare group.

Ben joined GTCR in 2008 and is currently a Senior Advisor to the firm and the Healthcare industry group. Prior to joining GTCR, he worked as a Venture Capitalist at Alta Partners, as well as an Investment Banking Associate at JMP Securities and an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at J.P. Morgan (formerly Hambrecht & Quist). He holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in history magna cum laude from Colgate University. Ben also holds a master’s degree in biotechnology from the School of Applied Sciences & Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania.

Ben is currently a Director of Klick Health, Maravai LifeSciences and TerSera. Ben was previously a Director at GTCR investments including Actient Pharmaceuticals, Antylia Scientific, Cord Blood Registry, Corza Health, Crealta Pharmaceuticals, Curia, Devicor Medical Products, GeneraMedix, Sterigenics and XIFIN. In addition, Ben was involved in transactions with past GTCR investments ATI Physical Therapy and Graceway Pharmaceuticals.
